The Crestron DMPS3-4K-250-C is an all-in-one, programmable 4K AV presentation solution. It combines a control system, matrix switcher, video scaler, streaming decoder, mic mixer, DSP, and amplifier in a single 3RU rack unit. This integration reduces complexity and saves rack space.
The system supports 4K/60 video with HDCP 2.2, ensuring compatibility with modern Ultra HD displays and sources. In addition, built-in .AV Framework™ technology provides a ready-to-use presentation system with simple configuration and flexible control options. No custom programming is required, which helps speed up deployments.
Wireless presentation is also available. The integrated AirMedia® gateway (license required) enables content sharing from laptops, tablets, and mobile phones. Moreover, an onboard streaming decoder supports H.264 and MJPEG formats up to 1080p, making it easy to connect IP cameras and networked video sources.
The 8×2 matrix switcher provides six HDMI inputs, one DM 8G+® input, and one streaming/AirMedia input. It can route two sources to two outputs simultaneously. A built-in 4K scaler optimizes video resolution and frame rates, ensuring smooth playback on any display.
For audio, the Crestron DMPS3-4K-250-C includes a 6-channel microphone mixer with phantom power, gating, compression, and EQ. It also features professional DSP processing and a built-in amplifier delivering 25 W x 2 @ 8 Ω or 50 W @ 70/100V. Additionally, audio embedding and de-embedding provide flexible routing between digital and analog signals.
To enhance reliability, the system includes QuickSwitch HD™, Auto-Locking®, USB routing, CEC device control, and integrated Ethernet switching. A dedicated control subnet simplifies device management, while Private Network Mode reduces IP complexity on corporate networks.
